- Contact details you provide when booking or requesting a quote: name, phone, email, and service address.
- Service preferences you select, such as bin type, number of bins, and preferred appointment time.
- Booking and appointment details processed through Square Appointments, our scheduling provider.
- Payment information. Card payments are collected and processed directly by Square — we never see or store your full card number. If you pay by Zelle or Cash App, that transaction is handled by your bank or Cash App under their own terms.
- Basic technical data your browser sends automatically (for example, general analytics if enabled).
How we use it
- To schedule, confirm, and provide your bin cleaning service.
- To contact you about your appointment or answer your questions.
- To improve our service and, only if you opt in, send occasional updates.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the business, and only as needed to deliver your service:
- Square Appointments — used to schedule, confirm, and manage your cleaning appointments.
- Square — used to process card payments. Card details are handled directly by Square under their own privacy policy and payment security standards; we do not store your card number.
- Zelle and Cash App — if you choose to pay by one of these methods, your payment is processed by that provider under its own privacy policy.
- Netlify — hosts this website and may process basic technical request data.
