Weather
- •We clean in cold weather as normal.
- •We only reschedule for freezing temperatures or active storms with rain.
- •If we reschedule, we'll reach you by call or text and move you to the next available slot.
- •No charge for a weather reschedule.
Empty Bin
- •Please have bins out and empty on your pickup day — an empty bin is required to clean it properly.
- •Loose trash still in the bin: $35.
- •Bagged trash in the bin: $2.50 per bag.
- •Bins must be accessible — not locked behind a gate or fence.
- •If your city misses pickup, we'll move you to the next available slot.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
- •Give us at least 12 hours' notice to change or cancel — reach us by call, text, or email.
- •No fee to cancel or reschedule with notice.
- •No-shows or same-day changes without notice move to the back of the line.
- •Three back-to-back cancellations end the service.
- •Recurring plans run monthly and can't be paused or skipped.
